Since graduating with a degree in International Development from the University of East Anglia, Caroline has worked for several NGOs to provide support in areas including finance, programmes, and fundraising. She has also worked in retail administration and desires to take all her experience to Sand Dams Worldwide as the new Fundraising and Admin Assistant.
